Spotlessly clean accommodations with helpful hosts. The room included thoughtful amenities like a fridge and hot drinks. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety including crinkle-cut fries and a generous buffet selection. Parking arrangements were somewhat stressful initially, and communal areas felt a bit cramped during peak hours.

The setting was great, just off St Chads tram stop, the pier central and Sutton park because of the Tripadvisor reviews and rating. I asked for a superior king room and the one given was spotless and airy. Very-very nice staff, couldn't ask for more;))

Stewart, the host. He greeted us warmly and helped with our luggage. The room was enormous, offering more space than I expected for a B&B. It included conveniences like a fridge stocked with fresh milk, a good upgrade from the usual UHT options. The king-size bed and bunks were plush, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The en suite bathroom was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like hairdryer and generous toiletries. Breakfast was another highlight. A buffet offering full English options alongside healthier choices like cereals and fresh fruit. We even got a goody bag for our day out, including water and snacks. The only hiccup was the parking situation. There was a mix-up with my pre-arranged spot, which caused a bit of stress initially, but Stewart quickly resolved it by moving his own car. It could have been smoother from the start, but the effort he put in certainly softened the impact. The communal areas, while nice, felt a little cramped during breakfast hours.

The room was huge and spotlessly clean.
Unfortunately, there was a severe mix-up with my pre-booked parking, made my arrival stressful. Although Stewart was kind enough to move his car for me, it was disappointing to have to deal with this issue upon arrival. I found the breakfast crowd overwhelming.

The parking situation initially caused some stress due to a mix-up, though it was handled quickly. Communal areas felt a bit cramped during breakfast peak hours, made dining less relaxed than I prefer.

great place for weekend strolls and nearby attractions
I found the place super clean and very cute, and it was just a few steps from a lovely café for morning coffee. Plus, it was so close to the Blackpool Tower that I could easily pop in to see the sights without any hassle.

Oh mate, the breakfast spread was a belter! From piping hot full English to healthy cereals, they had it all! And the freshness didn't stop there-a goody bag for the road? Proper chuffed! Then there's the room- massive with a king-sized bed that was like a cloud. Perfect for crashing after a long day of cheering on my daughter. It was super clean and decked out with all the little luxuries, including a fridge stocked with fresh milk, not that nasty UHT!
The only cheeky quirk? Definitely wouldn't let that rain on my parade!
